"account": "On Thursday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with French President Emmanuel Macron in Brussels to discuss strengthening Ukrainian aviation and the European anti-ballistic program. Earlier, Zelenskyy had meetings with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.\n\nThe meeting with Macron was described as very substantive. Zelenskyy expressed appreciation for France's efforts to help address Russian escalation. They discussed various ways to counter the escalation, with a focus on new packages to bolster Ukrainian aviation. These packages were expected to arrive as early as this month. Additionally, the work on the European anti-ballistic program was accelerated, with the goal of having FREYJA operational by the end of the year.\n\nZelenskyy conveyed gratitude to Macron, noting that all weapons production licenses France had promised to Ukraine had already been received. This prompted Zelenskyy to write on Telegram about the importance of implementing these licenses promptly. Earlier in the day, Zelenskyy also met with Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk to report on the situation with Russian drones and steps to defend against daily Russian attacks.",
