"account": "Tamil actor Mirnaa Menon recently discussed superstar Rajinikanth's workout routine and healthy habits. Menon noted that Rajinikanth wakes up early to exercise and then goes to set. When facilities were unavailable on location, he brought his own workout equipment. Menon also shared that she walks on inclines or uses light dumbbells. Rajinikanth reportedly avoids spicy, oily, and white foods like milk, curd, white rice, and sugar, instead focusing on a simple diet. Consulting a healthcare professional before starting any exercise plan is advised.",
