"account": "U.S. President Donald Trump announced on October 15 that the United States is engaging in discussions with Russia and China regarding the potential denuclearization of these nations, which possess the largest stockpiles of nuclear weapons, according to the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute. Russia currently holds the highest number of nuclear warheads, followed by the United States and China. Trump, in a recent interview with Newsmax, expressed a desire for the United States to denuclearize, but acknowledged ongoing negotiations with Russia and China on this matter. The President noted that China is on track to match the United States' nuclear arsenal within the next five years. Trump emphasized that these talks are an \"actual\" possibility, despite the recent expiration of the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty.",
