"account": "The White House has ordered a reduction in the SpaceX Starshield satellite service for Ukraine's military, according to sources familiar with the decision. The shift in policy was communicated to Defense Department leaders, who then directed a slowdown in the use of Starshield for battlefield communications and drone operations. The Pentagon, which is the largest consumer of Starshield, has been directed to implement this limitation. The specifics of who within the White House authorized this move and who is responsible for its execution remain undisclosed.",
