The collision occurred on Highway 11 between Lumsden and Regina on July 18, resulting in the deaths of both individuals. As of Thursday, the Saskatchewan RCMP announced that their collision reconstruction investigation had concluded. The details disclosed confirmed previous information regarding the location of Dalke's silver SUV in the southbound lane while heading northbound on the highway. The investigation further affirmed the presence of alcohol and cannabis in Dalke's vehicle. However, police have not released the toxicology report, citing it as personal health information. The Saskatchewan Coroner's Service informed the RCMP that they would not release this data publicly, after consultations with the RCMP's Information Management Team and the families involved. Police stated that they did not find cannabis or alcohol in the black SUV driven by Rajyaguru. They added that further information regarding the circumstances of the fatal collision would not be shared publicly, as it will never be presented in court.",
