"account": "Newcastle manager Matthias Jaissle is confident that £51 million signing Matias Fernandez-Pardo just needs a goal to kickstart his Newcastle career. The 21-year-old Belgian forward joined the Premier League side from Lille on deadline day, but he has yet to score in his three appearances for the club. During a 4-1 Premier League defeat against Coventry on Monday, Fernandez-Pardo missed a couple of chances. Newcastle coach Jaissle stated that young players adapting to the Premier League need time, and he is patient, expecting at least a six-month period before winter to see improvements. Jaissle is pleased to see Fernandez-Pardo in situations where he can create chances, but a goal is needed to boost the player's confidence. The coach believes in Fernandez-Pardo's potential and described him as \"amazing,\" praising his performance during a recent training session. Jaissle attributes Newcastle's recent defeats, including a 4-1 loss to Leeds, to individual errors rather than flaws in his system. Despite being a young squad, the team must learn quickly to improve their performance.",
