"account": "Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo is eager to step up and take on a more prominent leadership role at the club. The 24-year-old Ecuadorian has been a member of the leadership group at Chelsea's Cobham training ground and feels he must prove to manager Xabi Alonso why he deserves to be trusted.\n\nCaicedo learned a great deal from experienced players, particularly former captain Thiago Silva, who was an exemplary leader for the team. While he naturally prefers to show leadership through his actions, Caicedo recognizes the value of communicating more with teammates on the pitch.\n\nThe midfielder is proud to now wear the captaincy alongside Thiago Silva, a position he describes as a \"pleasure\" and a \"special feeling\" for his family. Even though Caicedo isn't naturally inclined to talk much, he is committed to demonstrating his leadership through his performance on the field. Chelsea currently sits sixth in the Premier League, eight points behind leaders Manchester City, and will face Everton in their upcoming match.",
