"account": "Google has launched its Universal Cart shopping tool ahead of the Black Friday and holiday shopping season. This AI-powered tool, available on search and the Gemini app in the US, allows users to shop for products from various retailers on Google without leaving the platform. The Universal Cart remembers your products and progress, enabling you to return later and continue your purchase seamlessly. It refreshes listings for over 60 billion products, keeping track of price changes and low-stock alerts. The cart can also notify users of price drops and when items are back in stock. Built on Google Wallet, the Universal Cart helps you find promotional savings and select the most rewarding credit card for your purchase. When you're ready to buy, Google's Universal Commerce Protocol facilitates the checkout process, allowing you to make purchases from your cart using Google Pay or moving items to the merchant's cart for final checkout. Users should note that they must initiate the shopping process through Google, not the merchant's website. Google previewed the Universal Cart at its I/O developer forum in May.",
