"account": "Seriake Dickson, the national leader of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), has reassured party candidates who were inadvertently omitted from the recent Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) list from panicking. In a tweet on Thursday, Dickson stated that the NDC is actively working to rectify the situation. Earlier, some NDC candidates had been left off the governorship list recently published by the electoral body.\n\nDickson emphasized that those candidates who were registered with the party within the legal 21-day window before the publication of the list should not be concerned. He called for continued consultations, town hall meetings, mobilization, and campaigns across various states and constituencies, assuring that the party remains steadfast in its pursuit of victory. \"Our candidates and supporters are assured that the party has been working diligently and has taken adequate steps to address the cases of those whose names were not published by INEC a few days ago,\" he tweeted.\n\nDickson highlighted that the NDC has fielded highly qualified candidates for all levels of elections, from the presidential race to State Houses of Assembly. He expressed confidence that INEC will promptly correct the oversight. \"NDC all the way,\" he concluded.",
