"summary": "The Ashanti Region Security Coordinator, Captain John Kwame Jabari, has issued a stern warning to sand winners operating along the Accra–Kumasi Expressway project site to cease their activities or face severe consequences. Security personnel have been deployed to the area to prevent further illegal sand winning and protect the infrastructure project from disruptions. Captain Jabari stated that preliminary investigations suggest the activities have been ongoing for about two weeks, with operators reportedly entering the area at night with trucks to load sand. A team has been set up to conduct patrols along the expressway to deter future incidents and protect the project's progress. The warning follows the arrest of 15 men suspected of engaging in sand-winning activities along the expressway project site, with six vehicles, including a wheel loader, impounded during a security operation in the Ashanti Region.",
