"account": "In a tragic incident, ANC Umgababa Ward 98 coordinator Lungani Makhathini and a volunteer were killed during a door-to-door campaign, while two others were wounded critically. Makhathini's brother, Sihle, described him as a devoted family man who supported both his loved ones and the community. The attack, carried out by three unidentified gunmen, left the community in shock. The ANC eThekwini Regional Convenor, Thabani Nyawose, has vowed to enhance security measures for its volunteers during campaign activities, citing the recent loss of volunteers as a cause for concern. Police have launched an investigation into the motive behind the killings, which remains unknown but is speculated to involve political intolerance.",
