"summary": "The Houthis launched a missile attack on Thursday targeting the presidential palace in Aden, the interim capital of the Yemeni government. According to the South China Morning Post, government military sources reported that at least four people were killed and 10 were wounded in the strikes on the Al-Maashiq palace. Middle East Eye reported that a Yemeni minister stated the president was at the palace during the attack but was not injured, while Yemeni information minister Moammar al-Eryani said the prime minister and cabinet ministers were safe.\n\nMiddle East Eye cited a Saudi-backed Yemeni government minister who alleged that three missiles hit a Yemeni government command centre and two hit the headquarters of the Saudi-led coalition forces at the presidential complex. The minister noted there were Yemeni and Saudi casualties but did not provide a specific toll. Yemeni presidential adviser Mohammed Al-Amiri accused the Houthis of targeting Muslims and the Two Holy Mosques for sectarian reasons, while a Houthi spokesperson denied claims of missile strikes toward Medina.\n\nSaudi Arabia blamed Iran for the recent escalation in the long-running war, according to Al-Monitor and the South China Morning Post. The Times of India reported that Yemeni armed forces conducted 1,250 targeting operations against the Houthis in a single day, coinciding with the attacks on Aden.",
