"account": "When the vet diagnosed Billie, a pitbull, with discoid lupus erythematosus, an autoimmune condition attacking her nose, the solution seemed straightforward: apply ointment twice a day and keep her indoors during daylight. However, Billie lapped up the ointment the moment she touched it, and sunbathing became impossible. Frustrated, Billie designed a custom nose guard, \"Doguard,\" after several failed prototypes. Initially intending to share the design for free, Billie's creation gained popularity, leading to 500 dogs wearing the SnoutCover globally. Despite challenges in shipping and customer needs, the product evolved to address more specific issues, like custom covers for unique nose shapes and alternative protection for highly sensitive noses.",
