"account": "Chelsea's Ecuadorian midfielder Moises Caicedo is eager to progress as a leader following his recent return to the team after an injury. The 24-year-old was included in the starting lineup for Saturday's 5-1 win over Bournemouth, coached by Xabi Alonso.\n\nCaicedo, a member of Chelsea's leadership group at Cobham training ground, expressed his desire to bolster his role on the pitch. He stated, \"With Xabi I am going to keep developing, for sure, and show him why he trusts me.\" The midfielder acknowledged that coaches often encourage him to improve his communication with players on the field.\n\nCaicedo admitted that talking during matches isn't his forte, but he aims to compensate through his actions. He said, \"You learn from the previous ones, like Thiago Silva, he was an example for us. He tried to help us in every moment. Now being one of the captains is a pleasure for me, and a special feeling for my family.\" Despite not being a naturally talkative player, Caicedo finds satisfaction in demonstrating his leadership through his performance, allowing others to witness his example.",
