"account": "Just over a year following the acquisition of AI company Bee, Amazon has officially introduced two of its initial AI wearables, with the aim of ensuring nothing is ever forgotten. Amazon unveiled two models: the Bee Frontier and the Bee Eclipse. Both wearables can be described as always-on devices, with the Eclipse featuring a magnetic design for use with Qi2 or MagSafe-equipped smartphones. The Frontier model appears to be a variation of the initial Bee wearable, which previously exhibited significant promise, though it has now been integrated into Amazon's ecosystem.\n\nAmazon emphasizes that both models adhere to \"privacy principles,\" as evidenced by a visible LED indicator when the Bee Frontier or Eclipse is actively listening. Their primary function is to compile users' ideas, thoughts, and even seemingly irrelevant information into reminders or notes, based on what Bee's AI model determines to be relevant. This compiled information is accessible through the companion app, whether on mobile or desktop devices. Users have the option to connect their Google Account, enabling access to their emails and calendar events, thus positioning Bee as a personal assistant that helps users avoid missing anything important.\n\nHardware-wise, the Bee Frontier wearable boasts an IP67 rating and can operate for up to seven days on a single charge. In contrast, the magnetic Eclipse model offers extended battery life, lasting up to 21 days. Additionally, Amazon has incorporated Alexa+ and Amazon.com integration into the functionality of these wearables, allowing them to surface products relevant to users' anticipated needs. The Bee Frontier wearable is now available for $74.99, while the Bee Eclipse will be launched \"soon,\" starting at $99.99.
