"account": "Over ten million and seven hundred thousand viewers tuned in to watch the Milwaukee Brewers defeat the Los Angeles Dodgers 2-1 in the first game of the National League Championship Series. This makes it the most-watched Game 1 of a National League playoff series since 2005, and the most-watched National League playoff game overall on any network since 2010, according to Fox Sports. The decisive moment occurred in the bottom of the fifth inning, when Brewers right fielder Luis Lara hit an RBI single to make it a one-run lead for Milwaukee.\n\nHow does this NLCS Game 1 compare to the 2025 season? The television audience for the Brewers vs. Dodgers Game 1 was more than double the size of the 5.2 million viewers who watched the 2025 American League Championship Series opener between the Seattle Mariners and the Toronto Blue Jays.\n\nThe peak number of viewers for the Brewers and Dodgers Game 1 was around twelve and a half million from 7 to 7:15 p.m. Central Time, as the Brewers' ace Jacob Misiorowski took the mound. The next Brewers game will be Game 4 of the NLCS on Thursday, October 15, at 7 p.m., with the team needing just one more victory to advance to the World Series. If necessary, Game 5 could be played at 8 p.m. on Friday, October 16 at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.",
