"account": "Airbnb is enhancing its service offerings with AI technology to make planning your next vacation a breeze. The company has introduced an AI-powered search feature that allows users to find vacation rentals, experiences, and services using natural language queries, making it easier to find options that match their needs. This AI search functionality enables users to type or speak their queries, similar to conversing with a personal concierge like Claude or ChatGPT.\n\nIn addition to the AI search, Airbnb is integrating AI into its filtering process. By typing a keyword, the app suggests relevant filters to help users narrow down their options. For instance, searching for \"baby\" might reveal amenities such as cribs, playgrounds, children’s books, and toys, directly in the search results. Furthermore, Airbnb is offering AI-powered property comparisons that display side-by-side summaries of key features, streamlining the decision-making process for users who need to narrow down their options.\n\nAirbnb's AI capabilities extend to customer support, with chat functionality available in more than 50 languages and voice support via phone on the horizon. The company is also expanding its services to assist users in managing various aspects of their trips. Starting in November, guests in over 60 US cities can rent baby gear through BabyQuip, with delivery and setup, and receive a 10% discount for Airbnb guests. Laundry pickup and delivery services are set to launch in select US cities via Rinse, while grocery delivery will expand to Europe alongside meal delivery from local restaurants. Guests can also enjoy location-specific options, including ski and snowboard rentals in the French Alps and boat rentals in South Florida. These updates build upon Airbnb's redesigned app without requiring a new interface or visual overhaul, focusing instead on AI-driven improvements to enhance the user experience and streamline the booking process.",
