"account": "Newcastle's manager Matthias Jaissle is confident that £51 million ( $67.5 million) summer signing Matias Fernandez-Pardo just needs to score a goal to kickstart his Newcastle career. The 21-year-old forward, who joined the club from French club Lille last month, has yet to find the back of the net since his deadline-day transfer. In Newcastle's 4-1 Premier League defeat at Coventry on Monday, Fernandez-Pardo missed a couple of opportunities.\n\nAlthough the Belgian forward has been utilized in a central role, Jaissle believes he may perform better on the wing. He maintains that a goal could significantly improve the young player's confidence. Jaissle emphasized that players entering the Premier League for the first time require adaptation time, adding that he is patient for at least half a year before expecting results.\n\nThe Newcastle manager sees immense potential in Fernandez-Pardo and is convinced that it's only a matter of time before the young striker delivers. Jaissle praised the player's performance during a recent training session, describing his finishing as \"pure class.\"\n\nThe defeat in Coventry marked Newcastle's second 4-1 loss in three games, following a previous loss to Leeds last month. According to Jaissle, these defeats are primarily due to individual errors rather than systemic issues in his team. Despite being a young squad, Jaissle believes they must learn quickly to improve their performance.",
