"account": "The First Niger Bridge, which connects Anambra and Delta states, has been adorned with pictures of President Bola Tinubu and Vice-President Kashim Shettima as preparations are underway for its reopening. The bridge, located between Onitsha in Anambra State and Asaba in Delta State, was closed for rehabilitation works from September 7 to September 21. The Minister of Works, Dave Umahi, is scheduled to officially reopen the bridge, which features captions such as \"A road under strain before… To a road built for progress\" and \"From challenges to prosperity\" beneath the photographs. All Progressives Congress campaign posters and banners are also visible at strategic locations. Following the completion of rehabilitation works, including tarring and repainting, the bridge is set to improve traffic flow and road safety. Umahi had directed that Tinubu's pictures be displayed to acknowledge the President's contributions to the South-East.",
