"account": "LeBron James is facing scrutiny over his relationship with the Fanatics, a company he signed a deal with in January 2024. According to Pablo Torre's investigation, the Fanatics helicopter access is included in the deal. James signed a veteran minimum contract with the Philadelphia 76ers earlier in the summer, raising eyebrows due to his previous high earnings with the Los Angeles Lakers. Fanatics, owned by former 76ers owner Michael Rubin, allows James to use their helicopter for travel between Philadelphia and New York City. This practice has raised questions about potential cap circumvention, similar to the concerns raised when it was discovered that James had taken out $300 million in loans from Guggenheim. Torre's investigation found that James had access to the Fanatics helicopter as early as July 2024, and he even re-signed with the Lakers a few months later. Interestingly, on July 17th, James tweeted \"trust the process\" at Fanatics Fest, which coincided with a change in the tail number of Rubin's helicopter to N6FN, potentially referencing James. Despite these findings, James has managed to avoid major controversies so far in his career.",
