"account": "Former Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar and Israel’s Consul General Yaniv Revach are among the invited guests for the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s (RSS) annual Vijayadashami event in Nagpur on October 20. The gathering will take place at Reshim Bagh Ground, near Hedgewar Smruti Mandir premises, at 7:40 am on Tuesday, concluding the RSS’s centenary festivities. According to the Vishwa Samvad Kendra (VSK), an RSS media wing, Sanjay Gupta, editor-in-chief of Hindi daily Dainik Jagran, will serve as the chief guest, while RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat will deliver the address. Upon learning of Dhankhar’s invitation, Congress MP Jairam Ramesh took to X, alleging that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah had pressured Dhankhar into resigning on July 21, 2025, due to his criticism of the government’s treatment of farmers’ demands. Ramesh also mentioned that Dhankhar had not yet been granted an official residence as per his entitlement. The RSS refers to Vijayadashami as a festival of collective strength in Hindu tradition, with its Nagpur Mahanagar unit organizing the annual celebration to commemorate the occasion.",
