"account": "Tesla is ready to reveal its next-generation Roadster sports electric vehicle (EV) on Thursday, nearly nine years after first showing a prototype. The high-performance vehicle, priced at $200,000, aims to showcase Tesla's engineering and technology. Despite Tesla CEO Elon Musk's downplaying of the car's financial importance, it still holds symbolic weight as Tesla currently lacks a halo car. Morningstar analyst Seth Goldstein expects Tesla to sell around 2,000 Roadsters annually, a fraction of the 1.6 million vehicles the company sold last year. The original Roadster, launched in 2008, helped change the world's perception of what an electric vehicle could be. The upcoming reveal comes amid Tesla's shift towards artificial intelligence-led self-driving technology and robotics, with the company discontinuing Model S and X models to focus on production of its Optimus humanoid robot and Cybercab robotaxi. The event is scheduled to begin at 8:55pm at a SpaceX test site in McGregor, Texas.",
