"account": "Congress leader Sachin Pilot has criticized the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) over the drug menace in Punjab. According to Pilot, synthetic heroin called \"chitta\" can be delivered faster than pizza or a cold drink. He stated that while ordering pizza takes around 30-40 minutes, one can receive chitta at their doorstep within minutes by a phone call. This alarming situation stems from an \"unlimited supply\" of drugs, with chemicals coming in from Pakistan across the border, claimed Pilot.\n\nFurther alleging the BJP's efforts in Delhi to make Punjab \"nasha-mukt\" (drug-free), Pilot questioned the actions of the home ministry and pointed out that ₹21,000 crore worth of cocaine was seized from Mundra Port in Gujarat. This seizure suggests the magnitude of drug trafficking into Punjab. Pilot argued that once drugs reach the Punjab border, they can only be distributed within the state without the consent of the mafia networks that operate collaboratively with police, administration, and politicians.\n\nPilot accused the AAP government for exacerbating the problem, recalling the Mann government's promises to eradicate the drug menace within two months, which, he says, they have only worsened. He emphasized the disturbing rise in addiction among young people and the existence of \"zombie drugs,\" yet noted that addiction centers remain largely unused. Pilot also commented on the deteriorating law-and-order situation in Punjab, which he linked to the influx of \"narco money.\"\n\nDespite opposition criticism, Pilot believes the Mann-led government has dismissed these allegations as politically motivated.",
