"account": "Getafe has submitted a formal bid to sign former Manchester United star Jadon Sancho. The 26-year-old winger is seeking a new club after his contract with United concluded this summer. The Spanish side, currently sitting 14th in La Liga and participating in the Europa Conference League, is eager to reach a deal. Sancho, who transferred to United from Borussia Dortmund for £73m in 2021, has expressed a preference for a move away from England but is open to considering all possibilities. Recently, former Real Madrid captain Dani Carvajal, who had been without a club since his Real Madrid tenure ended, joined Getafe on a free transfer. The 34-year-old Spanish defender, who amassed six Champions League titles with Madrid, has signed a contract until June 2027. Earlier in the season, Sancho spent time on loan at Aston Villa, where the team secured a Champions League spot and Europa League success, with Sancho playing as a late substitute in the win over Freiburg. During his time at United, Sancho also had loan spells with Dortmund and Chelsea. His transfer to Chelsea in the 2024-25 campaign included a £5m buy-back clause, which was triggered after he made 41 appearances. Sancho has been sharing training videos on his Instagram account while he continues his search for a new team, including a visit to non-league side Flixton, though he clarified that he was not in talks with the North West Counties club.",
