"account": "US Secretary of State Marco Rubio is set to meet Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani during his India visit from October 17 to 22, highlighting growing business and energy cooperation between the two nations. Bloomberg News reports that Rubio will visit Reliance's oil refining complex in Jamnagar, Gujarat, to meet senior executives. Ambani's role in a new US refinery project has drawn attention, with the facility processing around 1.68 lakh barrels of American shale oil daily and Reliance set to purchase fuel produced there for 20 years. This visit follows US criticism of Indian refiners purchasing discounted Russian oil during the Ukraine war, though Reliance wasn't specifically named. The tensions between Elon Musk and Ambani over competition in India's satellite internet market add another layer to the visit, as Musk recently criticized Ambani for shielding Reliance's telecom business from competition. Despite this controversy, Rubio's meeting with Ambani underscores Washington's continued focus on Reliance as a crucial energy partner.",
