"account": "Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has condemned the withdrawal of US intelligence and resumed attacks on Russian refineries following the announcement of an energy ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine. The regional governor of Ryazan reported a major Ukrainian drone attack that sparked a fire at an oil refinery, causing significant material damage. Zelensky expressed frustration with Russia's attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure and criticized US President Donald Trump's favoritism towards Russia. Trump had called for Ukraine to replace Zelensky and criticized Ukraine's attacks on Russian oil infrastructure, announcing a diesel supply deal with Russia. Despite the suspension of attacks on refineries, Ukraine complained about the lack of early-warning alerts for incoming Russian ballistic missiles and the slowdown of the military version of Elon Musk's Starlink satellite communications service. Zelensky demanded US-made Patriot interceptors in exchange for halting strikes on refineries.",
