"account": "Former Ghana international Anthony Baffoe has admitted that he lacks the \"drive\" to run for the presidency of the Ghana Football Association (GFA). The 61-year-old, who was born in Germany and played for the Black Stars from 1991 to 1994, has been tipped to contest for the GFA presidential position in the upcoming 2027 elections. However, Baffoe has ruled out his candidacy for now, stating, \"I have said no on multiple occasions. It does not drive me, but I don’t know what is going to happen in six months, or twelve or twenty-four months. For now, I don’t see myself there, but you never know tomorrow.\" Meanwhile, GFA president Kurt Okraku has been under increasing pressure due to a decline in the performance of the Black Stars. Ghana's recent defeat to The Gambia in the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers has left them at the bottom of Group C, while Ivory Coast and The Gambia lead the group.",
