"summary": "A viral love story involving a Russian woman and a man from Bihar has been revealed to be entirely fabricated, with the video in question featuring a British NGO representative visiting a village in Purnia for a social initiative. The story claimed that a man from Bhagalpur had fallen in love with a Russian woman while working in Russia, but the actual identities of those featured in the video were misidentified. The man in the video is Namit, a resident of Purnia district, and the woman is Andrea Connolly, who is associated with a British non-governmental organisation. The fabricated romance was spread rapidly across social media, with various media platforms and local content creators amplifying the claim. The organisation involved, Shivia, is conducting a social initiative in Purnia aimed at helping women become self-employed. The coordinator of the organisation expressed concern over the spread of the misleading video and is considering legal action against those responsible.",
