"account": "The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) has announced revised dates for November's social grant payments, ahead of the upcoming local government elections. The changes, approved by National Treasury, aim to prevent disruptions to payments during the election period. Older persons will receive their grants on October 30, disability grants on November 2, and children's grants on November 3. These changes were made after extensive consultations with stakeholders to ensure smooth distribution of social assistance. Beneficiaries currently undergoing review will receive their payments on November 5. SASSA urges beneficiaries to respond to official communications and avoid unnecessary visits to agency offices.",
