"account": "Two significant contracts have been signed in Italy's food sector, one with Birra Peroni and the other with Galbani Big Lactalis. The Birra Peroni contract, which runs from 2026 to 2029, includes a performance bonus that will reach €3,135 in 2029, and improves worker protections, rules for subcontracting, and training. The Galbani Big Lactalis contract, also spanning four years, introduces new economic and regulatory measures, including a €250 increase in the variable production bonus. Both contracts strengthen worker rights, focus on sustainability, and enhance training and welfare benefits.",
