"account": "Tropical Storm Rachel caused at least eight deaths along Mexico's Pacific coast, according to updated figures from Mexican authorities on Wednesday. The storm brought heavy rain and flooding to the northwestern state of Baja California, which borders the United States. As of Monday, four deaths had been reported, with 32 people rescued via helicopter. This year's Pacific hurricane season is anticipated to be more severe due to the El Nino weather phenomenon, which raises water temperatures and hampers wind and rainfall patterns. Two additional significant storms, Category 1 Simon and tropical storm Trudy, are presently active in the Pacific near Mexico. Simon has caused heavy rainfall in Jalisco and Guerrero, resulting in the death of a 71-year-old man after a wall collapsed. Neither of the storms is currently projected to make landfall.",
