"account": "Brazil’s Senate approved a constitutional amendment on Thursday to reduce the working week from six to five days, without a salary reduction. The move is expected to benefit over 37 million workers in the country and provide President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva with a potential advantage ahead of the presidential runoff on October 25. Lula, a former trade unionist, has been pushing for the shorter workweek for months, and he signed the reform into law. The amendment, known as the \"6x1\" reform, could improve the lives of those who work hard to build Brazil by providing more time for family, rest, and personal enjoyment. However, the legislation excludes many people in the shadow economy, such as freelancers and delivery drivers. Despite opposition from some businesses due to increased costs, Flavio Bolsonaro, a right-wing senator and the eldest son of former President Jair Bolsonaro, has decided to support the bill, citing its widespread support. The presidential runoff will see Lula facing off against Flavio Bolsonaro, who narrowly defeated Lula in the first round of voting earlier this month.",
