"account": "On October 10, a six-vehicle collision on Jalan Kuching in Malaysia resulted in the death of five-year-old Asiah Ahmad Syahir. The BYD Seal driver responsible for the accident, 24-year-old Raeven Goh Wey Haur, has been charged with three traffic offenses: causing death by reckless driving, driving in a manner that endangered others, and failing to report the incident. Goh pleaded not guilty to all charges, appearing in the Kuala Lumpur Magistrate's Court. His charges carry potential penalties of up to 10 years in jail, fines ranging from RM20,000 to RM50,000, and a driving license suspension of at least five years. Deputy public prosecutor Mohamad Fadhly Mohd Zamry requested RM50,000 bail, citing the gravity of the offenses and the risk of Goh fleeing. However, the court imposed a bail amount of RM36,000, with one surety, and suspended Goh's driving license until the case is resolved.",
