"account": "U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly has extended an order that prohibits President Donald Trump's administration from banning reporters from CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from the White House. The judge's ruling supports the journalists, arguing that the restriction infringes upon their constitutional rights to free speech and due process. On Tuesday, Kelly sided with the outlets' second argument that Trump's ban violated their First Amendment right to free speech, rejecting Trump's claim that the ban was based on policy goals like protecting national security. The judge emphasized that the ban was a result of Trump's belief that the outlets' reporting was inaccurate and biased, which amounts to unlawful viewpoint discrimination. The White House responded by calling the decision \"misguided\" and announced plans to appeal. The dispute between Trump and the press is not new; it has recently seen Trump tighten access to news outlets he disagrees with, including The Wall Street Journal, The Associated Press, and The New York Times.",
