"account": "BIC Nigeria has been honored with two prestigious awards at the 2026 Edge Awards, recognizing its enduring legacy and continued relevance in Nigeria's fast-moving consumer goods industry. The company received the Edge Outstanding Legacy Brand Award of the Decade (Corporate) and the Edge Outstanding Legacy Brand Award for its shaving razor products. These accolades, presented at the Edge Awards Night in Lagos on September 25, underscore BIC's sustained equity and performance over the past decade and highlight the trust its brands have earned across generations of Nigerian consumers. The double recognition reflects BIC's longevity in the market and its commitment to delivering products that meet everyday needs while adapting to evolving consumer expectations. Anthony Amahwe, General Manager of BIC Nigeria, expressed pride in the awards, attributing the recognition to the trust consumers place in BIC's products. The awards celebrate the collective efforts of BIC's teams and partners and the loyalty of consumers who have incorporated BIC into their daily lives, encouraging the brand to continue building relevant and market-appropriate products.",
