"account": "The Harris County District Attorney's Office is seeking to interview two individuals who were reportedly in the backseat of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) vehicle during a pursuit in Houston on Saturday. The incident involved an agent striking Miguel Parra-Hernandez, who is now in stable condition. The DA's office alleges that the two men, along with Parra-Hernandez, were picked up by ICE earlier in the day before the incident. ICE claims that an agent was pursuing Jose Mendoza-Cervantes, a Mexican national with a criminal record, when Parra-Hernandez and Mendoza-Cervantes fled on foot. Surveillance footage allegedly shows the ICE vehicle pursuing the fleeing individuals. The DA's office has interviewed Parra-Hernandez in the hospital and is collecting evidence, potentially leading to charges against the ICE agent for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.",
