"account": "In a legal settlement announced on October 9, Drakeo the Ruler's estate, managed by his mother Darrylene Corniel, reached agreements with Live Nation, C3 Presents, and several other entities involved in the 2021 Once Upon a Time in LA festival in Los Angeles, where the rapper was fatally stabbed backstage. The estate, also settled parallel claims with Drakeo's son, Caiden Caldwell. Though the specifics of the settlement remain undisclosed, Live Nation's representative declined to comment on the resolution. Another lawsuit, filed by Drakeo's brother Devante Caldwell and his entourage present at the festival, is set for trial on November 30. No arrests or charges have been made in Drakeo's murder, which occurred after he was stabbed during a performance at L.A.'s BMO Stadium. Initially, Live Nation and other defendants denied any liability, with the company claiming the incident was \"unforeseeable.\" Snoop Dogg's company also faced allegations but dropped its involvement after it was revealed Snoop was merely a performer at the festival.",
