"account": "Air Peace has issued a warning regarding a suspected fraudster who has been impersonating their customer service agents on WhatsApp to defraud passengers attempting to book flights. According to the airline's spokesperson, Osifo-Whiskey Efe, the fraudster has been using the phone number 08082894680 to contact unsuspecting passengers and deceive them into paying for flight bookings. The airline's alert revealed that the fraudster had been altering the bank accounts used to collect money from the victims.\n\nAir Peace emphasized that the use of their name for such fraudulent activities is unauthorized. The airline strongly advised passengers to take precautions when booking flights or making payments. They made it clear that they do not collect payments through personal or third-party bank accounts, and urged passengers to only make payments via their official booking and payment channels.\n\nLegitimate bookings and payments should be processed through Air Peace's official website, mobile app, accredited travel agents, and sales offices located in cities and airport terminals. The airline strongly cautioned passengers against interacting with anyone claiming to be part of their customer service team, especially those demanding payments via WhatsApp or directing them to unfamiliar bank accounts. Anyone who encounters suspicious transactions or impersonation attempts is advised to report them immediately through the airline's official customer service channels. To ensure the safety of their passengers, Air Peace emphasized the importance of verifying booking details and payment instructions through their official platforms before sending any money, particularly when dealing with customer service representatives on social media or messaging apps.",
