"account": "Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike has cautioned All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential campaign officials against declaring victory in the 2027 election if they fail to secure their respective states for President Bola Tinubu. The warning came during the inauguration of the APC Presidential Campaign Council in Abuja, following Wike's appointment as coordinator for the Federal Capital Territory and Rivers State. Wike emphasized that every member of the council must prioritize the president's re-election, regardless of their individual roles within the campaign team. He pledged to rally support for Tinubu in Rivers State and Abuja, stating, \"By the grace of God, Rivers and FCT will vote massively for Bola Ahmed Tinubu.\" Wike also praised Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo and Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke for attending the event, highlighting their growing backing for Tinubu ahead of the election. He defended the current administration's performance, arguing that past governments recognized Nigeria's challenges without offering solutions. Wike stated, \"Democracy requires an opposition that points out genuine issues needing attention rather than merely criticizing the government simply because it is in power.\" He concluded by saying, \"If you don’t deliver your states and the president wins, don’t say we’ve won. It's not a question of whether I am chairman, secretary or member of this. What matters is for the president to win.\"",
