"account": "A convicted, high-risk sex offender, Curtis Leroy George, 34, has been arrested in Winnipeg for allegedly breaking into several Osborne Village apartments last month. According to court records, three break-and-enters occurred on September 13-14 at apartments on the 200 block of Stradbrook Avenue. In two of the incidents, the suspect allegedly fled after encountering residents inside their homes. No property was stolen and no one was injured. George has a lengthy history of sexual violence, including six sex assault convictions, a criminal harassment conviction, and convictions for sexual interference and committing an indecent act. He was released from Milner Ridge provincial jail in February serving a sexual assault sentence and under supervised probation. The Winnipeg Police Service had previously warned the public about his recent release.",
