"account": "Microsoft has unveiled the Xbox Nano Controller, a compact new gamepad designed for easy portability. Despite its diminutive size, the controller boasts the same features as the Xbox Series X controller, while remaining more affordable at $49.99 compared to the traditional $69.99 price tag. Microsoft's tiny Xbox controller is expected to weigh just 3.5 ounces and measure around 5 inches in length.\n\nWhile Xbox controllers are already commonly used across various devices, the Nano Controller is specifically designed for smartphones, smart TVs, laptops, and other devices that typically don't host Xbox controllers. In a strategic move, Microsoft is partnering with Samsung to bundle the Nano Controller with select Samsung Smart TVs and two months of Game Pass during the holiday season.\n\nBeyond Samsung, Microsoft is exploring a deal with Meta to include the Nano Controller with new Meta Quest owners, although the partnership's status remains uncertain. The controller supports both the standard Xbox wireless connection and Bluetooth connectivity, enabling compatibility with a wide range of devices, from iPads to other Bluetooth-enabled gadgets.\n\nMicrosoft's move into mini controllers is not entirely novel, as other companies like CRKD and 8BitDo already offer small controllers for years. The primary appeal of the Xbox Nano Controller is its portability, making it convenient to carry around without occupying much space or adding significant weight to a bag. The controller is set for a holiday release in November, and pre-orders are now available.",
