"account": "The U.S. Congressional Ukraine Caucus has voiced strong objections to Starlink's operations in Ukraine, deeming restrictions that endanger civilians as \"unconscionable.\" In a statement shared on the social media platform X, the caucus, led by co-chairs Marcy Kaptur, Brian Fitzpatrick, Mike Quigley, and Joe Wilson, condemned these restrictions. They emphasized that the U.S. should be providing intelligence support to safeguard lives from Russia's brutal attacks. The lawmakers expressed alarm over reports that U.S. intelligence and Starlink assistance are being withheld, leaving both innocent civilians and American citizens in Ukraine vulnerable to Russian assaults.",
