"summary": "Red Bull has extended team principal Laurent Mekies' contract through 2031, following his 15-month tenure replacing former boss Christian Horner. The decision was announced by Red Bull shareholder Mark Mateschitz during a team debrief in Milton Keynes, following Max Verstappen's consecutive victories in Malaysia and Singapore. Mekies expressed pride in continuing the team's journey and highlighted the strong team spirit that defines Oracle Red Bull Racing. The extension brings further stability to the team, especially as Verstappen and teammate Isack Hadjar recently renewed their contracts.",
