"account": "Lieutenant General Waidi Shaibu, the Chief of Army Staff, has urged soldiers and personnel of the Army 6 Division to remain focused and resilient, particularly in the face of traumatic situations arising from their operations. Shaibu made these remarks at the commencement of a three-day seminar on 'Transformational Leadership, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Drugs/Substance Abuse' organized by the Army Headquarters Department of Army Transformation and Innovation in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The COAS, represented by the Flag Officer Commanding, 6 Division Nigerian Army, Maj. Gen. Everest Okoro, emphasized the army's recognition of the volatile environment in which soldiers operate, where operations are often traumatic, stressful, and psychologically demanding. The seminar aims to build resilience, ensure trust, inspire soldiers, and enable them to respond effectively to operational stressors. Shaibu highlighted the need to safeguard the mental health of troops while acknowledging the pressures associated with prolonged operational commitments, as part of the Nigerian Army's \"Soldiers First\" culture.",
