"account": "Dancehall star Aklerh is returning to her reggae roots with a new single titled \"Wo Dor,\" set to drop on Monday, October 19th under Revolution Records. After a string of Afrobeat hits that expanded her fanbase and showcased a more playful facet, the artist is now re-emerging with the reggae dancehall and lovers' rock sound that originally defined her. \"Wo Dor,\" which translates to \"My Love,\" is a slow, melodic lovers' rock track, characterized by soft rhythms, deep bass, and harmonies that echo the honeyed tones of Aklerh's voice. It embodies the essence of a late-night chat with someone dear – simple, sincere, and profoundly emotional. \"After experimenting with Afrobeat in my past two tracks, 'Wo Dor' brings me back to what initially sparked my musical journey,\" Aklerh reflects. \"It showcases my versatility: my ability to effortlessly navigate across various genres while freely expressing my artistic expression.\" \"Tubhani Music has done well with this song, signifying my return to reggae,\" she adds. \" 'Wo Dor' encapsulates the essence of lovers rock, while simultaneously highlighting my artistic evolution; it's soulful, timeless, and poised to resonate with audiences of all ages.\" Aklerh's prior Afrobeat singles, \"Amele\" and \"Good Vibes,\" demonstrated her knack for captivating audiences with contemporary beats and catchy hooks. \"Wo Dor\" marks a shift towards a more laid-back tempo, preserving a timeless warmth that offers both loyal fans and new listeners a gentle, melodic alternative to her dancehall and Afrobeat repertoire. Renowned for her energetic stage presence, Dancehall Queen Aklerh continues to blend modern musical trends with traditional sounds, crafting tunes that engage both feet and the heart.",
