"account": "SpaceX has reportedly restricted Starlink terminals used by Ukrainian military forces, negatively impacting the performance of drones, according to Ukrainian officials and a former defense minister advisor. The Ukrainian military's Starshield version of Starlink, favored by drone operators, is reportedly hindered by the restrictions, affecting their speed and mission effectiveness. The Ukrainian military was not notified of these changes, leading to the failure of several missions. Ukrainian officials have expressed concern that this action is politically motivated, coinciding with the ongoing conflict. The United States has not shared intelligence on missile strikes on Kyiv due to poor weather conditions, according to Western partners.",
"summary": "SpaceX has restricted the Starlink satellite communication terminals used by Ukrainian troops at the front, slowing the drones that rely on them, according to Serhii Beskrestnov, an adviser to the Ukrainian president, and Serhii Sternenko, a former adviser to the Ukrainian defense minister and a volunteer.",
