"account": "Sonay Kartal, a British tennis player, made a surprising upset victory over Switzerland's Belinda Bencic at the Wuhan Open, marking a significant milestone in her career. Kartal, who had been sidelined due to a back injury for six months, climbed up to a career-high ranking of 44 last year but has since slipped to 170th in the world rankings. Since her return to action following the Billie Jean King Cup Finals and a match at the Beijing Open, the 24-year-old Briton has demonstrated her resilience and prowess on the court.\n\nKartal's dominant 6-0, 7-5 victory over Bencic, the ninth seed and a world number 12, highlights her impressive form. This win will set her up for a quarter-final match against either Italian 15th seed Jasmine Paolini or Czech 20-year-old Nikola Bartunkova. Meanwhile, former world number one Iga Swiatek continued her winning streak, securing her 40th win of the season with a victory over fellow Pole Magdalena Frech, 6-2, 6-1. Kartal's return to the WTA Tour has been marked by a strong performance, including wins over top-20 seeds Emma Navarro and Madison Keys before her recent loss to Elena Rybakina in the third round due to her back injury.",
