"account": "Stuttgart - Former executives from major German companies, Sabine Kohleisen from Mercedes, Andreas Haffner from Porsche, and Filiz Albrecht from Bosch, have joined forces to establish a new consulting firm called Aidana Advisory GmbH. The trio, who have previously worked at Südwestmetall and in tariff negotiations, have pooled their extensive experience in leading and managing large corporations during transformation processes. According to Albrecht, their goal is not to add another voice to the consultation market, but rather to provide a counterpoint when companies face pressure. They emphasize that their services go beyond merely offering models; they bring experience and judgment to complex situations. Beyond transformation and restructuring, the firm also positions itself as a confidential sounding board for company leadership and supervisory boards. Haffner explains that the team can help structure complex challenges and provide clarity, while also assisting with implementation if needed. They stress the importance of discretion, as their involvement may occur in areas where responsibility cannot be fully delegated.",
