"account": "Agriculture Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Sabu expressed satisfaction with the rapid investigation launched by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) into delays in subsidized fertiliser deliveries to paddy farmers, particularly in northern states. The MACC's swift intervention was crucial in preventing finger-pointing and ensuring accountability, Sabu told Parliament. The issue had sparked frustration among farmers due to late shipments of essential compound fertilisers. The minister personally met with MADA's director and an underperforming supplier before the public protests erupted, confirming the delay and recommending the termination of the supplier's contract directly to Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim and the Finance Ministry. The company's contract was subsequently revoked, leading to the MACC's probe. Sabu emphasized the importance of an impartial investigation and declined to speculate on who was responsible for the corruption, stating that the responsibility lies with the investigators.",
