"account": "Actress Selma Blair has been charged with two additional assault counts for allegedly kicking a nurse and an officer after being removed from a Delta flight from Los Angeles to New York. She was arrested on Sunday evening in New York after she allegedly attacked flight attendants during the incident. The FBI had issued her a federal summons accusing her of assault on board. Blair's attorney requested the judge to take into account her \"body of work\" during her arraignment in court, calling her \"the gold standard.\" However, the judge denied his plea and stated that she should not receive special treatment because of her celebrity status. Blair has pleaded not guilty and was released on bail. She was taken to the hospital after the incident, reportedly due to a medical emergency that led to the alleged conduct. Two flight attendants were injured in the incident, with one taken to the hospital. The airline's representatives told the BBC that she had experienced a medical emergency, but prosecutors allege that she assaulted a nurse at the hospital as well. The judge set Blair's bail at $20,000 cash or $60,000 bond, with the next hearing scheduled for January 19. The federal case against her, concerning the assault allegations aboard the aircraft, has yet to have a specific date set for its hearing.",
